An application encompasses family members residing at the same primary address. Family members living at a different address must obtain a separate membership. Each application is reviewed by a volunteer, who responds via email. Submission of an application does not constitute activation of membership.

I am submitting my application for CRVOA membership and hereby agree to comply with the Code of Conduct and the membership conditions. My details are accurate, and I consent to their use for membership administration as outlined in the privacy information.

We aim to respond within three business days. International Membership is US$25 for one year, payable only after approval. No card or banking details belong in this application.

How your information is handled

Your application is saved in a protected website inbox before we confirm receipt. Authorized volunteers review it and transfer it to CRVOA’s secure member registry. The website copy and staff notes are deleted after transfer is verified, or automatically after 30 days even if processing is unfinished. Notification emails contain a reference and Admin link, not your application answers. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Limited membership information may be shared with selected partners solely to verify eligibility for member benefits and does not include contact details, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
